At Mary, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 72 hours (3 business days), Monday–Friday.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Method & Time

We ship from the United States using trusted carriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS).

Shipping durations displayed on our website are average estimates in business days and do not include the handling time of 72 hours.

During busy seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.), delivery may take longer.

Delays caused by carriers or customs clearance are outside our control and do not entitle customers to compensation or cancellation.
3. Order Changes

To split or add items to an order, please contact support through the store chat with your order number.

Splitting an order: no fee, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Adding items: possible before shipping; additional charges may apply.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, the shipping carrier’s standard insurance/warranty applies.

Customers may purchase additional shipping insurance upon request.

In case of damage, customers must keep the original packaging and provide photos of the item and packaging for claims.
5. Returns & Refunds (Link with Refund Policy)

If a product is returned for reasons other than our fault, the buyer covers return shipping, and a 10–15% cancellation/restocking fee plus any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.

If the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong product), we will cover return shipping, and a full refund including original shipping fees will be issued.
