At Mary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we sell used and refurbished cameras, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. This policy explains how returns and refunds work in our store.


1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with no additional damage or missing parts.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked Final Sale.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.


3. Return Process

  • To start a return, please contact us through the Chat available on our store with your order number and details.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was defective or not as described.


4. Refunds & Fees

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item).

  • In most cases, a 10–15% cancellation/restocking fee and any applicable customs duties will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is caused by our error.


5. Packaging Condition

  • Please keep the original product packaging and shipping materials. Failure to provide these may affect your eligibility for a refund, as shipping companies often require them for insurance claims.


6. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately through the store chat.

  • In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and both the item price and original shipping fee will be refunded in full.
